Aly Higgins Wheeler

Aly Higgins Wheeler is the founder and chief fundraiser for Wheelerhouse, LLC. She specializes in DC/PAC fundraising for incumbent Members of Congress and candidates running for Congress. She is passionate about finding creative ways to raise money for her clients. Aly will help you learn how to use events to fundraise for your campaign. She will also discuss different types of PACs and how these organizations can play a role in financing your campaign.

Mackenzie Dolan

Prior to co-founding The Morning Group, Mackenzie Dolan gained nearly a decade of major-donor political fundraising experience. Most recently, she was the Deputy Finance Director for the Right to Rise Super PAC, personally managing their fundraising in California, Florida, and Texas, accounting for more than two-thirds of the PAC’s fundraising goal. Mackenzie will share her expertise to help you maximize your network to raise money and provide insights on how to staff your campaign in order to effectively raise funds.

Annie Baker Hoar

Before co-founding The Morning Group, Annie Baker Hoar served in a number of political fundraising roles. Recently, she served as the Deputy National Finance Director for the Marco Rubio for President campaign. She also served in various fundraising capacities for the Republican National Committee. Annie will share her expertise to help you maximize your network to raise money and provide insights on how to staff your campaign in order to effectively raise funds.

Dorinda Moss Verhoff

Dorinda Moss Verhoff began her career in local campaigns and causes in Tennessee. She later worked for the reelection campaign of President George W. Bush, as well as at the RNC, NRSC, and on four presidential campaigns. She now runs D. Moss & Company, which serves clients for business development and event planning services. Dorinda will review the fundamentals of fundraising and how to finance your campaign from the ground up. She will also explain how to create, read, and assess a realistic finance plan.
